Welcome to the Uniform and Equipment section on our website. In this section you will see our current up to date "Uniform Regulations" and "Equipment Regulations." Please bear in mind, that these "regs" have been approved by our Authenticity Committee.
For you to become a member in good standing you must meet the minimal requirements to become a voting member of 8 Kompagnie, Infanterie - Regiment Nr. 459.
Now we realize at these times that not everyone can put out $1200 to $2000 for the basic combat kit. However we do expect a new recruit to get at least the minimal requirements by their third GWA combat event. Till then we are more than happy to lend you a hand. The unit has a pretty extensive "loaner locker" and we can accomadate most sizes. However some sizes do stump us and we may not be able to outfit you.

In 8 Kompagnie, IR459 we have two basic impressions that we ask each member to acquire. The first one is the "Combat Kit " and the other is the "Walking-Out kit."
We ask each of you to acquire all the required items for the "combat kit" first but as you acquired the "combat kit" you will be in turn be working on the "walking out" kit.
All other impressions within IR459 (i.e: Medic, Grenadier, Armourer, etc) need to be cleared with our NCO's and the "Authenticity Committee" beforehand. This will ensure the highest amount of authenticity and provides the best atmosphere for all participants (both Allied and Central Powers).
