In March 2006, we participated in the annual event known as Military Through the Ages (MTA). MTA is unlike many other boring "Living History" programs because this one is a "time-line" and a "juried" event.

Participating units compete for Best Camp, Best Costume, Best Demo, Best Cooking.

Our display won us a firstplace ribbon for "Best Camp."

What we did -- we set up an "out of ground" (MTA will not let anyone dig 6 feet down into the historic grounds) trenchline that showed both a French trench and a German trench. We provided men from the 151é Regt of the Line and our own unit 8K/IR459.
